Hey noodle what did you do today?

Well I woke up at 9:30 when my alarm went off, and I headed to the living room. I chatted with grandma a bit about our plans. She'd made some goetta and toast, but I just wasn't feeling all that hungry so I put it in the fridge to save for later. She had a few things she needed to do, and at about 10 she decided to head out and about to do them, but before heading out she gave me the extra key to the Lincoln. I guess it's my car now. O:

After she left I took advantage of the last time I'm likely to be alone in the house, and so I went around and took photos of all the rooms. Hers, the living room, mine...Mine's looking empty and sad after having all the stuff moved from it. But I just wanted an opportunity to remember the way things are, you know?

After doing that I rested on the couch at around 10:30ish. I woke up at about 10:56 when grandma came back home. I decided that since she'd returned, I'd head out and about to get a few of my tasks done.

My first stop was the eye doctor's office, so I could get a refill of my eye drops. They're not empty, but I don't know the next convenient time I'll be able to get more. After, I headed to McD's for some food. I got a 6 piece of chicken strips and some fires and a conke, and I ate my meal in the familiar parking lot I often do. It's weird, but I guess that might be the last time I have the opportunity to eat there.

After that I headed to the Surf Shop so I could pick out some titchy touristy gifts for my frands. While perusing, a lade saw my crown royal bag and struck up a conversation. Her name was Tracy (And her older frand's name was Linda) and she made quilts, and even showed me a few pics of crown royal quilts she's made! We discussed a bunch of things like quilts, snakes, Marco Island, and just a lot of different things. Eventually I bid them adieu and checked out. I decided to get 8 sets of the following items: A wooden box (Marked down from $12.99 to just $2.99), an alligator magnet (Originally $3, now 50% off), a metallic keychain, a little turtle magnet made of shells, and a shot glass. For myself, I got a t-shirt that says “Salty vibes”.

After paying I headed to the post office and filled out a change of address form, dropped it in the slot, and I guess officially moved away from Florida. I did so at exactly 1 PM, so that was something.

Since my meds had been refilled I decided to head to Pubix to pick them up, and after doing so I saw my favorite cashier, Mauronise. I decided I needed to tell her goodbye, so I grabbed a coke (A good excuse to buy something), and checked out through her line. I told her I was moving soon, and that she'd been wonderful. She gave me a hug, and I grabbed a photo with her...She's just the sweetest woman, and I'll always remember her Haitian accent, kind spirit, and the songs she'd sing while working! Thank you Mauronise, and I hope life is amazing for you! <333

After that I returned home, and after playing craftmines for a bit I decided to try and experiment with my new recording camera. I got a rig working fairly well, charged up the batteries a bit, and then while waiting I decided to back up my computer. Since that took a little time, I felt it was as good an excuse as any to return to craftmine playin'!

I got off there at about 5:30 and looked around for a card for the camera, but ach! None to be found! I'll need to buy one tomorrow. Ideally, I'd like to record a little with it while I'm still in paradise. I went back to the living room around 6ish, and grandma and I had a dinner of leftovers. We were originally going to make some stuff and clear out the fridge, but she found some leftover pizza and veggies, and that was enough to fill us up (tho she had some mac n cheese as well). I ate and cleaned up, then headed back to my room around 7:15ish. Once there I spent time playing craftmines and largely not doing a whole lot of much. I was working on a secret base because watertriber had one and I wanted one too!

Minecraft was too much fun, and because I was playing that and watching tubes, I wound up heading to bed around 3 AM.
