Hey noodle what did you do today?
Well I had a nightmare that I was near the pond at my parents' house with a bunch of other kids that I presumed were siblings. There were some bright lights flashing n the sky, and I knew they were aliums. One of the girls walked down the Twist-n-Turn (A series of old fallen trees that we used to play on, circa 5th grade - 8th grade) and in the nook of one of them she saw a bunch of meat. I told her it was probably just lamb chops, and that women paid $10 to slather them on their faces, but she said it was human and they'd been murdered. We ran back inside to call the cops, and I knew that danger was going to be everywhere so I wanted them to send every cop in existence, but the phone was missing. I heard screaming and the others said the ax-murderer was in the kitchen, and he started lumbering my way. I ducked around the corner and hid, then when he appeared I grabbed him and locked one of my arms around one of his legs, and the other around his shoulders. He was super light, and it turns out that was because he was dead, and wasn't an ax murderer, but rather someone who had tripped and fallen and accidentally killed themselves on the ax.
I woke up at about 8:30 then slept for another hour. I headed downstairs around 9:30 and ate a couple breakfast bars. Grandma said she wanted to take more time before starting, and I was all for that. I headed to the living room and wound up taking a nodl nap. This one was nightmare free! I woke up around 11:30 and I went to find grandma, who was just finishing cleaning the upstairs sewing room. She came back downstairs with me and we sorta relaxed until about 12:30ish, when we each had a philly cheesesteak hot pocket and some cheese-its.
After eating I went to get my computer and decided to do some doodling, but while sketching Uncle Leo appeared. I continued doodling since he didn't need help, but then he suggested I move the books from the basement since he may accidentally cause a pipe to leak on them. That caused me to head downstairs and recover some books I did not know were there...Old text books! I went through a few boxes and by the time I had a respectable pile, I was hooked..I started going through a number of other boxes and containers in search of treasures beyond measures, and I found some cool old pins and a few pieces of jewelry that were made of gold...I found old boy scout stuff, but decided to give that back to RJ. While down there mum texted us a pic of Cincinnati's skyline, so I wrapped up my explorations and headed upstairs. I showed grandma my treasures, then put them in the appropriate box.
Mum and dad soon arrived, then we all went downstairs and continued exploring. Mum looked through the closet under the stairs because there was a buttload of Xmas stuff down there and she loves Xmas...While picking out books I even found a Christmas Carol and put it in my box...She thought the box was grab, and picked it out for herself! :b
After cleaning up some of the mess we went upstairs and tried thinking of where we wanted to eat for dinner. Eventually we all settled on Ruth's Cafe. Leo drove grandma and I followed behind, driving mum and dad. When we got there we found it was inside an old factory, and inside there was a really hideous angle-statue with moving, mechanical wings. I decided this was one of those artsy restaurants, so I felt it appropriate to get a dish I couldn't pronounce, so I got shrimp arrabbiata. It was super tasty and, happily enough, a little spicy! Yeeee!
After eating we headed back home and I watched Jeopardy with grandma while dad and mum wrapped up some glasses to take back home with them. After Jeopardy mum and dad left and I headed upstairs, where I started drawing and chatting with frands and typing. I wound up doodling until about 1:30, though like the night before, I felt my mood dipping as time went on. I have a lot of stresses on me, so this may be normal.
I hope everyone has an Arrabbiata eating day! <333
