Hey noodle what did you do today?
Well I had a dream that my BFF's son Felix gave my mum's dog, Chloe, a kiss while I was watching him in an airport. Chloe nipped at Felix and caused his eye to screw up like mine, so I panickingly ran around looking for a doctor. I found some doctors, but there was a massive line to see them and many of the people waiting didn't seem that injured or sick, so I wound up going to a doctor who worked between the floors. He was like a Frankenstein Monster, and he basically told me that friendship would cure everything. At that point I think I took a plane to the Keys, and there were a number of tiny islands peppered throughout the open ocean. I was exploring a couple of these but then I got swarmed by Minecraft zombies, which caused me to wake up.
At around 8:30 I headed downstairs and ate some pretzels and coke then relaxed on the couch, waiting for mum and dad to show up. They were supposed to arrive around 9ish but instead I took another nodl nap and woke up around 12ish. They still hadn't arrived but grandma was being updated with dad's goings-on, and they said they would be over around 1ish with some White Castle. They called soon after and asked if we wanted La Rose's, and I got a baked royal instead. They arrived at about 2ish and I had a baked royal and some fries. Mum and dad said the hoagie wasn't made with much meat, but I think mine tasted great. After we were finished we began exploring the garage and cleaning it out. During this process I was largely in the way, so I didn't feel bad when I chatted with my nature-frand David for half and hour and my frand Ian for about 50 minutes. In this time my parents found me some great glasswear that will make great terrariums someday!
We went back inside and rested until about 6ish, when we headed over to my sister's. I left first but because my Google was trying to take me to the OTHER Lincoln street, I wound up getting there a few minutes after mum and dad since I had to go through downtown around rush hour. We relaxed at their house until about 6:40ish, when we headed to a hibachi grill called Kabuto. When we got there we learned that despite making a reservation around 4:30, they had failed to record it and told us it would be a 40 minute wait. NOPE!
We went to a nearby Longhorn and even though it was a second choice, it was still pretty good! Our waitress Maya was super nice and we started the meal with gravy stuffed mushrooms and some of this spicy shrimp stuff. For the main meal I had an Outlaw Ribeye, because it said that NOT having it would be a crime (But really because it looked so tasty!), and it came with mashed potates and some corn on the cob with this cream on it and spice. Mum got the same but she didn't like her corn, so I got to eat it!
While we were there Aunt Sis and her on-again-off-again-on-again-off-again-etc. BF Joe arrived, and we chatted with them as we ate. After we finished Debbie got an ice cream since it was her birthday, but she didn't eat any of it and instead my sister and her sister passed it back and forth on either side of her, taking turns taking bites. :b
At around 9ish we left the restaurant and because mum and dad were looking for Banning Road (Where?!), we got super lost. Eventually I told them to just listen to my GPS, and it took us pretty direct to their house. However I grew less confident when we got to Hamilton and thought it was taking me to the OTHER Lincoln once again...But nope! We knew where we were and were beside the correct one! I think that towns should legally be required to have only one street per name...Not 3, like Cincinnati seems to do.
When we got to their house I had to use the bathroom (Even tho I went back at the restaurant!) and then headed home. Google took me through a buttload of squiggly, residential roads, and I almost hit a car that was trying to back out onto the street on a blind curve/hill. Foolish!
Nevertheless I got home safe and then grabbed some clothes from my car, but when I went upstairs grandma called up to me and said the neighbor lady told her my car's lights were still on. Oof! I slipped on some clothes to turn them off, then headed back upstairs and got my shower. After, I headed to my room and chatted with frands for a bit. I wound up going to bed around 2:30 in the morning.
I hope everyone has a Longhorn Steakhouse night! <333
