Everyone in Hazzard County thought Bo and Luke Duke were dead. After all, Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane saw them crash their beloved General Lee into the lake and drown. And Boss J.D. Hogg decided to take advantage of the tragedy and frame them for taking his solid gold watch and chain to their graves. But no one knew the boys were alive and kicking...and NAKED!!! While they were skinny dipping, the real thieves took their clothes and car. They had to go "running through the backwoods bare" - yes, just like in the song - back to the Duke farm, where a wake was being held in their memory. At first, the sight of the boys scared everyone out of their wits. But after calming down, they explained to Uncle Jesse what happened...and Jesse explained to the boys about the frame-up. This gave them an idea on how to scare Hogg into confession and clear the Dukes' name: an overhaul of the General's engine by their friend Cooter, some glow-in-the-dark pain and special effects, et voila! Instant ghost! But will the trick work?

After coloring it with fluorescent markers and glow-in-the-dark-paint, I photographed the scene under a blacklight.
