While I had been watching Jack leave, Scotch was going through Jack’s backpack and had several Poffins in his hand when I turned around to see him.
“Would you... like to have dinner with me, Brandy?” he asked shyly. It was really cute, I had to admit, how he asked me. That and how he was holding the Poffins in his hand while doing so.
I smiled and nodded at him, then walked over to sit down beside him. “I’d love to!”Wow, it's art from my story, Waxing Moon, that wasn't created for the sole purpose of a thumbnail or something!
Yeah, this cute little Charmeleon is Scotch. I originally started this as a little doodle, but then really wanted to do a nice piece from it. Originally I was going to draw him in a generic countryside outside of Mt. Coronet, but, nah, then I thought that he really needs to be inside of a hotel room in Hearthome City.
This is from Chapter 5 of Waxing Moon, by the way. Scotch and Brandy's (Brandy is a Clefable, by the way) Trainer is out to dinner with someone else, leaving the two alone in the hotel room. Nah, don't get any ideas -- they're just having dinner together. But they're such cute friends. :3
So, um, yeah, here's one more scene brought to life from the story. X3 That makes this the fourth drawing I've done of Waxing Moon alone. Geez!
