Here's my version of Tom in my animal crossing new leaf town named Pengwin. Here's his bio:
"Tom, known as the "Big bro cat" in town with liking to support and help out his neighbors with advice. Pretty mature and likes spending time with people. He lives under a rock when it comes to modern trends mostly due to him being a fan of retro things."

Haven't drawn Tom before till a while ago and he's been in my town for quite some time so I'm keeping him. Gave him a small nose as he doesn't have one in his game render.
