"Amongst the third circle, Diablo X was busy being treated to a huge feast for being the demonic lord for his realm. With every ounce of meat, he grew fatter, thanks to his fattened "prisoners." Near the end of his meal, after taking a drink from his goblet, his dream slowly began to turn into a living nightmare. His drink was spiked with just a splash of Holy Water, causing his body to spontaneously gain weight and bloat further. There is a reason gluttony is one of the seven deadly sins.
