Just some input, the bubbles should be spiking and not cloudy (like thoughts)... since she's barking mad it should tell you just by looking at the bubble alone, so you can tell she's saying that in a deranged, yelling kinda tone

I get your point! In this case I used bubbly clouds because in my mind she´s saying her text in an overly enthusiastic, crazy-happy way.

And she uses that tone while teasing another women to cripple or kill her. Which makes it effectively the more disturbing.

She's calling Adel's kayfabe bluff. Adel has crossed over from kayfabe to reality, seriously injuring Peki in the process... and Nya's calling her on it.

Adel's now got a couple of choices, neither good.

I'm thinking our extremely flexible feline may be able to bend her spine at an impossible angle without suffering the repurcussions -- making it appear that Adel had snapped her back, when really, it's an elaborate feint that only Nyarai can perform.

I do. She has to be one of the creepiest fictional characters iIve ever laid eyes on. Daigaijin does a great job in showing how unsettling and insane she is.

Not unless perhaps Nyarai is screaming loud enough. Otherwise it would be hard for the in-story audience to hear what the combagals are saying in the ring. Only those in the ring themselves and the characters closest to the ring could hear what is being said. Mellow (the dorky dog that tried to date Muko) is in the crowd and he noted himself at one point that he wish he could hear what is being said around the ring.
