I wasn't too happy with the underwater effect on this one initially, so i went back and touched it up a bit. still not SUPER pleased with it, but i don't know how else to improve it and it does look a lot better, so i'm callin' it done.

omg I love it!!!! I love the bubbles and I think the water effect is awesome(Far better then what I can do) also sorry for not getting to this sooner, things have been a bit hectic
