Bindy is a former member of ADVENT (as all Vipers are) who was introduced to "Cobra Confectionaries," a shop run by a secretly-works-for-XCOM Viper by the name of Alice. XCOM gave Alice a Viper-targeted sabotage that would render their combat abilities null. How? By fattening them up of course with delicious irresistible jello!
Unfortunately (fortunately, actually) it had the side effect of becoming a highly-contagious mutagen that turned everyone into Viper ladies, including Bindy here, along with blimping out her lips a ton!
