Hello every one. This is my first attempt at a fursuit head, I just got bored today and decided to try my hand at it. The base is made out of duct tape and the face is one solid piece of 1 inch foam folded and sewn to the duct tape. I will be working on the cheeks and filling out the rest of the head/eyebrows/ears/lower jaw soon. Just messing around, but what do you think?

Well the entire piece pictured above is one single piece of foam cut into a shape like a T . To fold the nose, I folded up the front of the T like a M and glued it together. Then to shape the nose I took a standard hair tie and pulled the foam through it. The muzzle was pointing down at this point, so I folded the muzzle into place and glued it. Then, to reinforce and help shape the sides I used a needle and thread.
