Ok wow here he is! I can't believe this is the first time I'm posting Fred on this site wow. He's one of my most beloved characters, and I've been developing him since 2014. I'm happy to finally share (what I hope to be) his final design!

~Backstory & health details~
*TW: Birth trauma, self harm*
In Terra, the fantasy world where Raven's Land and Mortal Gods and Undead Heroes are set, all species have some level of magical ability, even humans and undead creatures. Valkyres are supposed to have a very high magical ability.
Harrold Alfred Herragrinn was the last bearer of the family name, reveared as they were a long line of corvids. He feared the name would die with him. Thankfully he found love, a woman named Victoria Crow. However, she was human, and there had been no previously recorded case of a valkyre and a human conceiving a child.
Frederick's older brother, Stephen, was born just fine. A perfectly healthy human.
However, as the human body isn't made to grow wings and feathers and claws and such, complications arose when Victoria was pregnant with Frederick, and she died whilst giving birth to him. Understandably, Harrold was distraught.
As he grew older, Frederick's ill health became more and more apparent. He had trouble digesting his food, vomiting often, resulting in his incredibly skinny build. He had a weak heart, which combined with the lack of propper nutrients from food caused him to be out of breath and faint often. He had trouble with his nerves, causing him to twitch and stutter. He was prone to halucinations, usually of animals that would speak to him, echoing his insecurities. He had very little emotional control and lacked empathy. And, despite being a valkyre, had no magic whatsoever.
Frederick grew to hate himself and resent his family, aside from his deceased mother. He would hurt himself and others, so it became forbidden to have sharp objects near him, hence the long hair and nails. One night, in a bid to become more like his human brother who he envied, he sawed his own wings off, they were reattatched, however he lost the ability to move them (aside from at the shoulders, as his shoulders weren't dammaged).
Frederick's life remained much the same, until a woman named Annabeth Clay and her father began to visit Herragrinn Mannor. Frederick began to develop feelings for Annabeth, but little did he know, she was visiting because she was set to marry Stephen...
I won't tell much more, since I plan on one day writing Raven's Land as a novel or comic!
