Here is a little art I whip up that feature Knuckles the Echidna in a cloak. I know that Sega want people to think Knuckles is a hopeless moron, but I remember when he was cool and a greater rival to Sonic than Shadow could ever be. Here's hoping Sega can throw some love to Knuckles in a modern Sonic game.

In Sonic 3 he was a badass, straight-up. He was misled by Doctor Eggman into thinking Sonic was a villain after his island and the Emeralds, but even getting betrayed by Eggman and electrocuted he's still epic enough to lead Sonic and Tails to Sky Sanctuary.
