🔵Quirk
Quirk: Heald and Ice
Range: Short to middle

Heal, as child lucill hurts herself really often because she is little bit clumsy, her dad whos Quirk is healing saw her talent in selfheal so he trained her, now Lucill can passiv heal herself. But she wanted to be like her Dad so she trained how she can heal other people. She find out that she can heal other by kissing them like the Hero Recovery Girl.
As she showed her Quirk to others they find out that she dont litarally heal the others, she gives her power to the other person, the testing person also said that they feel so much warming power and dont want to let them go, so Lucill is really in danger if she use this Quirk. The testing persons grab Lucill and the doctors need to pull apart them.
So Lucill hold this Quirk as a secret until the knows how to use this Quirk with selfprotection. She can die if the person dont let her go.

Ice, after she learned that her Quirk is heal she also find out that something is strange, somedays she wakes up and the whole room is on ice. After a talk with her parents her mother want her to not use this Quirk and dont train it, because this ice Quirk brings her so many bad things and she wanted only the best for her.
So she promised her to not train it. But after weeks the Quirk comes and go as they want so she have to train it a bit but in secret.
She learned how to create and manipulate ice as she want. But this Quirk frozes her arm everytime she train it. Also her heal Quirk dont really can over this and it takes a while to heal, longer than other wounds.
But Lucill dont stop tot o train and she learned how to make a fog with little ice crystals in it so she can feal if something in it moves.
Because its hard for her arm to create a long distance ice wall, she train in short distance, she frozing her hand as big ice fist and so she fight.

Super Moves
Ice fog, She can create a long distance fog with little ice christals in it. She can feel if something moves in it. If you breath in this fog, the little ice chrystal get into your body and so she can paralysed you for a very short time. You just freezed for maximum 2-3 minutes.


🔵Story
Her Father is doctor in hospitals and helps by any crisis his quirk is healing, her mother is Rei Todoroki they both know each other because he was also the doctor who helps their family if something happends.
After she was kicked out from Endeavor she leaves in a psychiatric ward and begins a live with Hideaki.
Lucill dont know anything about the other side of the Todoroki family she was born as Lucill Taruki the name of her father.
They got a little house in the city but her mom have to be the most time in the ward, but they also have a great family time.
Lucill wants to go on a normal hero school because her mom dont want her on the others like the U.A. But she was really excited to saw the school fight on TV also with the U.A. she was stunning by this guy Shoto Todoroki, he have also a ice Quirk but he can managed it so good.
Lucill visit her mother on nearly every day but on some day she saw a guy comming out oft he apartmend of her mother. She dont know why but this guy.. she had seen him somewhere before but she cant remember.
She asked her mother who this guy is but she blocked up and went to another topic.
Lucill saw this guy the second time and decided to check out her files. She only found the normal files but saw her second name, Todoroki. She head this name somewehere.. THE TV SHOW, Shoto Todoroki! She went to the PC and found the picture of Shoto, thats the guy who visit my mother, and they got the same second name.. She found the whole story all from Endeavor to the child she have.
Lucill wents to her mother and ask her about all this, she burst into tears and explain everything, she dont want it that Lucill get in trouble because Endeavor maybe be angry because she got another child.
The real story is out, Lucill understands and forgives her mother. But she want to meet her brother also if he dont know that she is his sister. She want to meet him and talk with him, so she talkes with her mother, she wanted a school change tot he U.A.
After discuss she and also Lucills Father says OK. So she wrote tot he U.A. with the request to keep it also a secret.
Lucill get a meeting fort he U.A. School and have to prove herself. She wanted in the class 1.A. but Eraser Head dont want her in this class.
So she challenge Eraser Head to a fight , the winner get what they want. She dont win this fight, she only get one hit on Eraser Heads cheek. Shes screaming and dont want to give up. So Eraser Head decided that she win.
Lucill get many friends in class 1.A. and also meets Shoto. After a Villain fight Shoto was near death and she brokes the agreement to use her heal Quirk on him so safe his life.
In this fight it came out that he is her brother. After all the fight and hospital stay.
Midoriya, Shoto and Lucill talk about everything. Shoto accepted her as sister and want to save her no matter what. They also meet her mother together, but if Lucill somedays meet also the other Todorokis is written in the stars.
After the whole story with the villains and the broken agreement to use her Quirk Eraser Head decided that Lucill have to switch the class but she can make missions etc. with the 1.A. if she wants. She are also allowed to stay in the Heights Alliance.
