Oh, boy. Uh, major spoilers for the game!
So, Five Pebbles is another Iterator. Unlike Moon, he is in mostly working condition, with his can standing well above the ground. Within, he actually has hundreds of Neuron Flies! It's actually where you get the sixth for Moon! Five is also the one who made Moon the way she is. Basically, he decided he was sick of existing, but as an AI, he was programmed to be unable to kill himself. So, he tried to create a being to reprogram him.
Long story short, it didn't work. He used too much water, and this caused Moon to fail, and collapse. Even then, the experiment failed, and he was stuck with the Rot, also known as the Daddy Long Legs! Now, he has to feel the Rot slowly eating him from the inside out. And he HATES it.
So, uh... robot man doesn't poop.
