Day 12 featuring my anthro dragon OC, Flutter! She was first seen here and I thought she could use more attention, so I chose her for the Dragon prompt of Inktober!
I'm sorry for any messiness, this one was done a bit rushed compared to the others ^^;
She comes from a steampunkish oriental-themed world of anthropomorphic elemental dragons, combining inspiration from Spyro, Zootopia, and Avatar the Last Airbender (weird mix, huh? XD) The world's populated by different races of dragon that represent different elements and young Flutter here is a hybrid, part air dragon and earth dragon I think? My memory's a little fuzzy haha. Anyways, she was born with underdeveloped wings, but in her story she was to go on a journey to make her own wings so she could finally achieve her dreams of flight!
