During the process of Terraformation, several technologies are employed to facilitate the transformation of a world into a livable one
A common and important method is the use of Terraformation flora, such as grasses and algae that coverts the planets atmosphere. Pioneer grass is the most common method of biological-type terraforming. the seeding of which is after the initial stage of terraforming, which is achieved by the use of artificial comets of water to bombard a planet in the early stages of terraforming is a critical step in the addition of water unto a world.
the other, a Mechanical-Type Terraformation is a "Spire of Life" (Stationary Terraformer Engine-Atmospheric Conditioner Construct.) visible in the background.
a "Spire of Life" not only converts and synthesizes the local atmosphere, its massive moisture traps allow a steady production of condensed water for the colonists to subsist on while within a Foundation-Type habitation bunkers during the meantime. or transported to the orbital hab-station complexes within orbit. these monolithic machines work ceaselessly processing the planet's atmosphere, powered by their reactor cores designed for longevity, in concurrence with the pioneer flora.
Terraformation is a process that takes several centuries to accomplish. during which the colonists inhabit the massive bunker complexes made out of solid Foundation-Material, until the eventual day of emergence, an event of great celebrations and festivities, to feel the local sun upon them. even many years later, colonists who spend their years raised in the Bunker-Cities take great joy in something as simple as laying upon the pioneer grass fields or even feeling natural rainfall upon them, and the day in which the colonists emerge to settle upon the lands is often made into a local holiday
