Cobalion always seems to be quite gassy if you catch him alone. Now we know why, he’s hiding a large supply of fart powder somewhere and only he knows where. But Keldeo has seemed to coaxed Cobalion into giving him a small baggie of said powder. Instead of savoring it over a long period of time, he downed the whole baggie in one go. After a bit of farting like the stallion he is he then coaxed Cobalion to go to the local lake with him and make it their personal bubble bath. So Cobalion downed a smaller baggie of powder and farted their way to the water. Where you now see them warming up the water a bit.
