I've been playing Stardew Valley recently with the furry mod, which means I've been thinking quite a lot about certain characters eating others and getting fat. Since the wolf Sebastian is probably my second favorite villager, I decided to write something about him eating his friend Sam so he could get some peace and quiet while working. I tried to make it ambiguous about whether it's permavore or not, thought it's presented as being a little silly :3
When Sebastian's work is interrupted by his friend Sam, the wolf decides to scarf him down...
Peace, Quiet, and a Full Stomach
By: Indi
Sebastian stared at his monitor, re-reading an email from a client. The wolf was a programmer—not that anyone in Pelican Town seemed to care. No matter how serious he insisted his work was, friends and family always just brushed it off as “playing on the computer” or “being a recluse”. He was sure that’s what the recent texts his phone had received were about, and had promptly ignored them.
The sudden knock at his bedroom door made Sebastian jump a little. Before he could even ask who was there the door opened wide, a tiger in a blue jacket strolling in.
“Knew you’d be hiding down here,” Sam said, smiling.
While the pair had been friends for ages, Sebastian still wasn’t happy about the intrusion. “I’m not hiding, I’m working.” He tried focusing on the email again.
“Sure, sure. Dude, the weather’s great right now, why don’t you leave the cave and hang out? I’ve got a new half-pipe set up, and want to see how it handles.”
“I’m on a deadline with this project, I can’t just ditch it,” Sebastian grumbled.
“It’d just be for a bit!”
“No.”
“C’mon!”
Sebastian sighed, unable to concentrate. “I’ve gotta stick to the schedule. My one break today is for lunch, which I was about to grab before you randomly showed up.”
“I sent like three texts saying I was on my way. But if you want to get lunch then let’s get lunch!”
Sam just wasn’t giving up. Sebastian knew that if they went out to eat he’d just get dragged along somewhere and wouldn’t get any work done. That’s what always happened. But his stomach was starting to rumble, and he couldn’t just sit at his computer and hope Sam would get bored and leave. Maybe he could he could head upstairs to the kitchen and shoo him away after a snack.
The wolf reluctantly stood up and headed towards the door. Just as he was walking by
Sam his stomach growled especially loud, prompting a smile from his friend.
“Don’t think I’ve ever heard ya that hungry before. Guess we better grab something quick before I end up on the menu!” Sam laughed.
Sebastian frowned at first, but then a thought came to him. What if he did eat Sam? Cramming the tiger into his stomach would certainly stop him from being a bother. His hunger would be sated, and he’d have his peace and quiet. It was a silly, ridiculous idea, but Sebastian was desperate to return to work.
He turned to Sam, and smiled, which was enough to confuse the tiger. “I guess it would save time if I scarfed you down right here.”
There was a nervous laugh from Sam, which quickly became a yelp once Sebastian lunged. Surprise, hunger, and frustration worked to Sebastian’s advantage, his jaws spreading over his lunch’s head and shoulders swiftly. It was a whole new experience for him. He’d always thought swallowing another person whole should be hard, but Sam was half-way down his throat before he knew it.
Sam kicked and squirmed, but barely slowed his descent into his friend’s stomach. Steadily Sebastian’s belly swelled out from beneath his hoodie, growing rounder and bouncier by the second as it filled with food. The tiger was lifted off the floor and angled upward, sliding further and faster into Sebastian. Soon there was a final gulp as Sebastian closed his maw, sealing Sam within.
Sebastian grabbed his bulging belly with both paws and groaned, swaying as his friend wiggled around wildly. He felt stupidly full, and blushed as he looked at how huge his gut had become. Of course it wasn’t really possible to look thin with a whole person in your stomach. He couldn’t believe he’d eaten Sam, but certainly wasn’t regretting the decision.
“Dude, it’s gross in here!” Sam’s muffled voice echoed out. “Let me out!”
“No way, you’re just gonna bug me about hanging out if I do.” Sebastian gave his belly a shake. “At least now I can get some work done.”
Sebastian carefully waddled over to his computer and sat on his stool. He spread his legs so his massive middle hung down some, and nudged it as far under the desk as possible. He was only somewhat successful, but at least he could reach the keyboard. It also seemed to muffle Sam a bit more.
“I’ll leave you alone, I promise! You can even skip band practice this week if you really want.”
“Lunch break’s over, can’t chat anymore,” Sebastian replied, one paw beginning to idly rub his gut. Being stuffed was actually...nice. Not that he’d ever admit to anyone.
“If you get too fat for your clothes than don’t blame me!”
Sebastian hadn’t even thought about the weight he’d gain from eating Sam. With how much soda his friend drank, he was bound to be high in calories. For a second he considered spitting Sam out. Then he remembered how much more time that’d waste and just returned to work.
Aside from the persistent protests from his gut, Sebastian was able to work in peace. He made good progress, making up for lost time and even getting slightly ahead of schedule. He didn’t notice when Sam’s complaints turned into glorps and sloshes, but eventually found himself yawning as his excessive meal caught up with him.
The wolf slowly stood up, gut jiggling, and waddled over to bed. His round belly wobbled as he collapsed into bed, the engorged wolf asleep before it even settled.

More knocking woke Sebastian some time later. He got up, groggy, and looked down at his belly. It was far smaller than before, just a small pot belly. A poke proved it was more pudge than goop. His hoodie felt tighter around the sleeves, and so did his pants. Sam had made him chubbier for sure, but at least the gains had been evenly distributed.
The knocking continued, and this time it was joined by a voice. “Yo Sebastian, you home? I brought some pumpkin soup for you to try!”
It sounded like Indi, the new farmer who’d moved to town a while back. He could be even chattier than Sam when given the chance. And just when things had quieted down. A grin grew upon Sebastian’s face. He knew exactly how to deal with bothersome intruders now—and he was already feeling hungry again. He wondered how blue jay compared to tiger?
“Cool, give me a sec. I’m starving.” Sebastian headed towards the door, a slight jiggle in his step as he licked his lips.
