I deeply adore this. This is legit the best Eggman design I've ever seen. I can easily imagine this Eggman being the mad sociopathic tyrant that he is while also eccentrically being the mustache-twirling Saturday morning cartoon villain. I'm loving that he's already partway through mechanizing his own self too. I can easily see situations where he'd be holding his own in a fight if he has to. If I can critique this, I'd say that I miss the zippers that the official design has on his shirt and boots. Those have been fairly synonymous with the Eggman design that Archie put them as part of his (non robot) henchmen in the comics which I recommend you look into. Otherwise, the coat is very "dictator" like. Very M. Bison inspired even. Again, absolutely amazing work here.

I think the word amen is fine as a middle name. Dr. Ivo eggman robotnik has a nice ring to it.

I get a very Joseph Stalin vibe from him based off this appearance.

According to the Archie comics version, his name originally was: "Ovi Kintobor" but then switched to "Ivo Robotnik" after he took over old Mobotropolis; which is basically his given name and surname spelt backwards. They only started calling him "Eggman" after he built is "modern" body after roboticizing himself because he looked like an -as my parents nicknamed him upon seeing him in "Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games"- "egg on legs". Anyways great design! And I agree, Brian Cox would be perfect to voice/play him. :J
