Inktober 2019 - Video Game Antagonists

Finished last night at around 11:45pm. Made a status on Deviant Art proving it:

This was hell to do. Firstly, work, so I started this late at around 5-ish. Secondly, The facial details & hair was a nightmare because I had to draw her smaller to compensate for the Wolf spectre that controls her.

Everything I drew for Inktober was on A5 sketch paper. There’s advantages & disadvantages. The advantage is that I can draw in the scale I’m familiar with (& with less paper to use, I can get them done within the day). The disadvantage of course is minute detail is extremely difficult to get right. I’ve mostly been prepared for this as before the month, I bought a set of fineliners that range between 0.03mm, to 0.8mm, & a brush pen for the large strokes.

I had to carefully ink whilst holding my phone above the drawing, using it as a torch as my bedroom light & lamp did jack to help. I didn’t expect to make her cute at the end (I guess that’s the result of the issues above).
