Yes, they're quite comprehensive. I find it an invaluable way to actively engage in the media and find shows that deal with interesting ideas or portray awesome/funny/sad stuff. They even have a list of all the memes I've never heard of before! Like Pringles, once you pop, you just can't stop!
A lot of TF's are done more for poetic justice than actual justice, like "you ate my prized bacon, so you'll turn into a pig" or "you mock me with your weaving, so you'll turn into a spider and weave forever". What kind of crime would you have to commit to deserve having your body self-mutilate in front of you? Just a plain instant death sentence would prove the point.
