I... use a lot. Most are expensive (but can be accessed with EastWest's Composer Cloud for about 9.99-20.00 USD monthly.) But the one used in this piece are special!
I used Alter/EgoAlter/Ego, a free VST that acts like a vocaloid: allowing you to type in phonemes to morph the choir. They sound pretty robotic, but with some reverb and smart editing you can get them to sound realistic!
