Terms of Service

Prices and Payment
- All these prices are base and may increase with complexity.
- I only accept US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is upfront and by invoice or paypal.me. A preview sketch will be provided on anything higher than a sketch or a chibi.

Contacting and Requesting
- Send a message with as specific as you can details about what you want done (makes things easier for everyone) as well as your paypal email for invoices or your preference for paypal.me.

- Have a clear visual reference of your character or characters. If it is a traditional ref, provide digital colors if possible, as not all colors are available digitally as they are traditionally.
- If you are giving character descriptions, please only tell me what is relevant to the piece.
- Please note that if there are no clear visual references (character descriptions only, partial pictures such as headshots) I might not be able to exactly re-create the character perfectly.

Usage
- I retain all copyright to my artwork.
- You are free to use your commission for personal, non profit use. However you can NOT repost it anywhere without my permission with no watermark.
- You will be given a watermarked version to repost and you must provide a source back to me.

Content
- I will draw ponies, furries, humans, Pokemon, etc. I am willing to do most everything!
- No gore, scat, or anything super distasteful.
- I will do NSFW/porn, see rules below for that.
-Chesspieces might not be able to get every character detail due to the style. Please specify anything that MUST be there.
- If you want something you don’t see just ask and we can work something out!

NSFW
- I will do NSFW/porn/suggestive work, you must just specify if that’s what you want.
- I will NOT draw NSFW with a character that does not belong to you without permission of the original owner.
- You must be 18+ years in order to commission me NSFW. By commissioning me NSFW I will assume you are.
- I will NOT draw NSFW of things I do not like. Examples: incest, foalcon/underage, vore, gore, scat, futa, etc. If you have any doubts just ask!

Refunding
- If refunds are required, contact me.
- Refund amount will be issued depending on how far along the commission is. Example: If commissioned is sketched, the price of a sketch will be subtracted from the total.
- Refunds will not be given out once the commission is completed.

Shipping
- Shipping cost will depend on how large an envelope I need for your badge, but it is usually no more than $2-$5
- I will ship internationally, so just ask for price!
- I will need a good shipping address to ship you anything. I am not responsible if it gets lost in the mail.
