Enari Cobalt Lakh dam Kharva and her reality-warping bracelet do horrific things to a lot of people, sometimes all of them at once. She's gleefully dabbled in destruction at scales no language can describe. Yet it's the personal touch that truly appeals to her predatory instincts, and it was a cruelly personal touch she gave to Earth vixen Valeska Voss. The vixen was horrified by the alien catweasel's entertainments, and for her compassion she was singled out, because it amused the most powerful predator in existence. Life after vulpine life ended in horror, in pain, in Cobalt, as she was resurrected or reset over and over. Her agonies grew until they filled an entire museum of consumption and use, lovingly termed the Vossoleum, recording each fox's fate.
Yet even Cobalt has interests beyond sadism, for variety if nothing else. Between resets, she sometimes offered Valeska the chance to come with her on less traumatizing visits to the stars. After mining out so many avenues of violent death, she found herself delighted by the vixen's sharp mind and delightful galactic naivety- and Valeska saw the person behind so many atrocities. Cobalt began to send Valeska out on her own, offering her missions to do noble things while the catweasel herself inflicted horrification upon the cosmos. The modest Earth woman took on the name the Advocate and did great and generous deeds, and a proud Cobalt saw that it was good.
The mission finally came that broke the good-hearted vixen. But this time, Cobalt was there to comfort her. When the Advocate was in pain, reality's greatest monster held her and claimed her- but not as slave or meat, not even treasured pet. The Advocate could not love her without true equality, and the ultimate power could not say no to her. Now, Cobalt is her beloved's, and her beloved is hers. The embodiment of unchecked power and cruelty, the digester of timelines, gentles herself to avoid upsetting her love.
That? That is true strength.

Excellently executed by
sandyschreiber for Anthrocon 2019, and starring the Advocate, a spinoff character based on Valeska Voss, by
vossfiction. Voss mentioned tarot cards as inspiration, and the Strength card is usually shown as a woman taming or controlling a lion despite being calm and gentle. What better symbol for an Earth fox whose love reforms a hyper-sadistic teramurderer?
Even sitting down, Cobalt's not much smaller than her dear fox. Looks about right.
