Another commission for my friend Tjamanarlong n.n
The Dragonite Long and Dragonair Celes hadn't been drawn together in such a long time. We both felt the two were overdue for some tenderness and affection.
Long and Celes are seen here snuggling close to one another. I took liberties of using very vibrant colours and glow effects to make the two stand out quite noticeably. Celes's design was based on that of a sea serpent, whose designs I always found to be pretty cool looking, myself.
This one's a bit overdue... I originally sketched it back in October, but hadn't gotten around to it until around April. But at least now it's finished, and it's posted. n.n I hope everyone enjoys this!
