I and my fellow players are rotating DMs for our campaign, although I am the "official" head DM. In the lead-up to a puzzle encounter, I saw it fit to have my PC step away from the group as we took portals to two different destinations. Our orc bard opted to energetically leap through the portal, which did not turn out well given the stairs on the other side. We refuse to let him live it down.
