My half of an art trade with

He wanted my take on a screenshot from the Lion Guard in which Beshte takes Fuli underwater in order to escape a trap. I decided to alter Fuli's expression to make it look more uncomfortable, since she hates water, and also as if she's holding her breath. I also altered her positioning to try to create a weightless effect due to the water.

There is a certain something about Fuli being uncomfortable that I enjoy. But I do think that the show could lay off with the "bullying" to some extent as it is starting to happen a little too often now. Running jokes, I guess.

It was just something so fun and interesting to see Fuli catching a ride onto Besthe's back as they were both escaping, so thanks for doing this for me.
I can only imagine how it must be like for Fuli to not only get covered in water yet again, but to also end up completely submerged like this.
And once again, you draw "Lion Guard" characters really well!

I'm just going to say, I REALLY like this one, and I think this is one of your best. To me, it looks like an illustration in a book. Fuli and Beshte's designs are pretty on point and the scenery along with the weightless feel make the picture look serene and tranquil (that is with the exception of Fuli's face which is just too great).
