Another doodle when I was at my grandparent's house and I decided to use my old colored pencils that I haven't touched in months. I hate how the feet came out but oh well lol

I find that fashion magazines tend to be a help for drawing the figure. There's another website called 3d.sk, which is great for model reference, though its not work safe. But it's damn effective for getting the details you want in there. Keep up the sketching and you'll improve.
One thing I've noticed here is that folks seem to disregard the rule of quality over quantity. Sketches are great for practice, but they seldom add a lot to the gallery other than more images to sort through. If you're thinking of really bumping up the content on your gallery, I'd advise on posting your sketches to a sketch directory and your finished, polished work to your main gallery. That way you don't end up with a gallery cluttered with all sorts of art of varying quality. By keeping just polished work in your main gallery, it would be a lot more interesting to visit.
I know this is candid advice, but I figured I'd say my piece because let's admit it, everyone else would sugarcoat their advice. Criticism is rare here and honesty is even rarer, even if it is blunt.
I hope that's somewhat helpful to you. Keep up the artwork. :)
