Which I guess means he can only use that attack once since every other time he does it except that time he only uses it once. Shame the Monster Rancher series isn't as popular as it once was for I could use another anime of it. Though I've been hearing that in later versions of the Monster Rancher series they replaced the Hare species fart attack with a sand attack though I haven't seen any video evidence of this mostly because I haven't seen any gameplay of the hare species in games past Monster Rancher 3 since everyone seems to use the new monsters instead.

Fun fact in Monster Rancher 1 Hare's poison gas attack is literally one of the strongest moves it can learn what an A in damage scaling off intelligence. The animes portrayal of the attack seemed to be based off the first game. The reason why Hare probably can't use poison gas twice in a row is because it requires a lot of guts. 40% guts is a lot.
it was heavily Nerfed in game two dropping from an A and damage to an E. But it also takes up less Guts only 10%
And in Monster Rancher 3 4 and most of the Gameboy Advance and DS games the move replace entirely with stupid moves like "suprise" and "furry furry" and "Rump shake". They actually finally gave Hare its gas attack back in my monster app game.
