For Halloween, I got the idea of dressing Akihiro (my blind badass character) as Toph Beifong.

Toph was easily my favorite character in Avatar, though admittedly, I didn't watch the show until recently and I had already created Akihiro, so I never used her as inspiration for his initial creation. I think in the future, she will definitely be a huge inspiration for how I write him.
