honestly the movie was too dark for me. seeing his true colors and his disorders reminded me
of some of my disorders that are similar to his but not to THAT degree. and it scared me.
I think thats why I didnt really care for it. and it hard to admit that

Same. Though I liked it, I get what you're saying for similar reasons. That's honestly what I was wondering when I saw it, since I'd heard that some people had walked out of the theater. I thought it might be people used to Marvel movies, or people who were reminded of things they'd rather not think about :(

I mean I'd rewatch it. Cause the joker is my favorite dc villian.

See he had delusions and umong other issues.
I used to have the delusions with voices really bad until I was hospitalized after having my son. I'm now on meds for 7 years strong and doing a lot better. I have schizoeffective and depression with borderline personality disorder. So I can relate to the joker to a point.

Definitely :) If Heath Ledger did a "realistic" fully evolved Joker well, Phoenix definitely did justice to the origin story half. I haven't had anything severe and prolonged besides moderate depression, but had a bad reaction to Wellbutrin earlier this year, which was an eye opener. Glad to hear you're doing a lot better and managing symptoms well <3 But yeah, there was like nobody in the movie who helped Arthur and he had to go off his meds, so just everything you don't want to happen in that situation. :<

Definitely. I have severe depression. so it gets bad. Im sorry you didnt react well to Wellbutrin. but yea some of those anti depressants can have bad reactions to them. Ive been on a few of them myself. and thank you <3

Ugh, I wish I knew what else to say besides sorry because I know how much that sucks. :( Yeah didn't help my doctor was stupid about it, and I was already stressed out. Oh, well, though <3 <3
Hopefully people will see how things can escalate and learn something positive from Joker, because that would be cool :)

yea it does but so does life. well youll never get better if you dont help your doctor kno how your feeling ya know :)
