This was my first comic book to start.
Initially, it was planned to make just a short strip with a story, which I needed to put in about eight frames, on one sheet.
The cover was made instead of the character sheet to roughly imagine what the main character would look like.
So I decided to save time on working out the main character.
This is the wrong approach, in the process it took a lot of time to invent a character already at the stage of drawing.
In the near future it will be necessary to go the right way with the creation of at least a character sheet - this is more useful than the usual reference.
I returned to the sketches after about a year, radically changing the storyboard and redoing the style, making the characters closer to realism.
So the character in the style of Western animation remained only on the cover.
So far I’m thinking whether to include in the comm info an experimental western animation style.
At the moment, it is planned to make about five strips in which I will experiment with drawing comics, trying out different styles, techniques, inserting dialogs and other things that are usually done in comics.
If I need to learn how to draw comics, then I need to draw comics >.>
This is one of several small projects that I have started that I will draw from time to time.
