You can decide.
Note: Because so many of you are asking about the lion, he is naked because I have my lions fight naked. Its one of those portrayals of fearlessness and strength, like the images of Greek and Roman heroes, and from many ancient cultures.

"Your people have been beaten...
Your women cry for their died husbands, sons, and daughters...
Your cities burn and shrink in ruin...
Their deaths stains those remaining walls and salted earth...
The decay of it all reeks in your nostrils...
I have been granted to magnanimity of offering you our mercy...
You will serve us and, in time, be granted proper citizenship...
You may accept this or you and what remains of your kind will dissolve from this universe forever...
Think well...
Think quickly...
The hounds...
The hounds strain at their leashes as if to devour a sorely missed meal...
What say you?
For the love of what little you have left...
What say you?"
The Lion looks up pained, the tears in his eyes show he is broken by the weight of this doom. But the faces of terrified children and lionesses corralled with weapons drawn to steal them from this life, the felled hulks of brave warriors ruined in the rubble of the cities they called home, weighed in the scales of his heart and mind. The Heart wishes to fight to the last but the mind knows the last of the fight and fighters has been spent. His hands bleeding and broken, he has no more strength to fight and drew only a cracked and beleaguered breath...
"Spare them. All of them...but me.
I can not face them having sold their freedom for their lives..."
The Wolf looked on the Lion. The grim blade at his neck, like the jaws of a ravenous demon...
"My word is absolute or else it is worthless.
Your people will be spared extinction or my own life is forfeit.
Now fade from this life... and trouble us no more."
The Sword is thrust through the Lion too quickly and is too fatal to let him even grimace at the touch of death's cold hand taking him...

As hope seems lost, the blade at the lion's throat, it grows silent, in the distance a faint tune is heard, and as sudden as the tune is heard, a bullets swoop by, two of them hit the blade knocking it out of his hand, The PhantomLion, a hero once legended to be lost swoops in and stands in front of his fellow lion brandishing his two gunblades, the wolf not pleased by this turn of effects quickly re grasps his sword, but before he knows it he's got a barrel in his face.
"Now you're at my mercy motherfucker..."
The wolf narrows his eyes and says
"...The dark one, you were rumored to be dead"
clear look of anger on the wolf'd face as the newcomer lion responds
"I am..."
A light breeze blows by, and the PhantomLion scowls his brow
"Why don't you do us all a favor, and get out of here...get the fuck up, and get...the fuck...out of here before I splatter your brains on the ground and make a rug out of you...."
The wolf slowly takes his sword as he hears the gun click
"Watch it..."
The wolf then backs up, slowly dragging his sword along, and then turns around and turns his head back and says
"This isn't over dark one....count on my return.."
PhantomLion spins his gunblades and holsters them
"Count on my gunblades being loaded"
As the wolf leaves, the phantom turns around and kneels down placing a hand on his shoulder, and asks
"You alright"
There is no response from the lion, the phantom stands, he'll talk when he's ready

The tones are warm, and the wolf is colored in reds and blues which are typically used for heros. Even with the dark armor he is highlighted with light, bright energy colorsing. His weapon is brutal looking but not unseen amongst heros, and he is rounded and smooth over being sharp and hard. His foes, if thats what he is, is naked in front of him. He must of had time to get undressed somewhere . . .
I cant help but feel this wasnt a pitched battle, or if it was that theres a reason behind why his foes is kneeling in front of him. Maybe he's offering a chance of mercy, or maybe this is part of some sort of ritual or test.
Id almost go father figure angle but the wolf doesn't have the lines of age across his face. Its an interesting picture even in its simplicity. Fun!
