Kharm has spent well over 100 years in the world of Easter Bunnies. Most of that time, in the company of Queen Nila. The rest? In isolation. While the Queen has taken him to various regions in the world Lapine, the Planet the Easterlinians reside on, Kharm has never been allowed to consort with any other soul besides the Queen herself. He does, however, watch the comings and goings of the various subjects of the kingdom Lagonia from afar. From the delightful baker to the stern Alchemists.
While the Queen is his window to the world, the window in the tower, is HIS window to the people.

Updated Kharm's clothing quite a bit. Before, he basically wore a t-shirt, really. I've turned that t-shirt into a greco/roman style tunic. I adorned it with bunny paraphernalia. Rabbit ears on his hood and a large jewel bauble attached to the back of the fabric where a tail would be. :3
