A very realistic picture of me sitting in bed yesterday after accidentally writing 688 words on the trade off for the story having weight and decisions feeling truly impactful comes at the sacrifice of more open battles. Not being able to replay things and play around after gives things the sheer sense of importance to decision making each playthrough that fates cant hold a candle to and how I crave post game content for fe3h but also know it simply cant exist in 3h without completely ripping away the sheer weight of the players every decision (also edit bc i forgot that pic in the back is something i drew and have hanging by my bed sdfkjdfgsd)
