If I had to recommend some type of footwear, I recommend you, a jackboots footwear, type to those who used in the former USSR, They would look great with that raincoat, or if you want, a Dunlop CTCP Boots, or any Carhatt boots, but that yes, wear jeans for those boots, jeans on or off, both are good options, and with the shirt of the previous photo, they would be great
