This is concept work for a location I came up with named Pajatie. In Mobius, it would be a bit off the coast of Adabat(Or the Mystic Ruins depending on what variation of Mobius your going on XP).

Despite being known throughout the world, it is never visited. Boats would rather be stranded at sea then land on it's shores. Why is this? Because the island is constantly under a thick cloud thunder storms. Pajatie Island used to be the home of a tribe of technologically savvy hedgehogs. They used the supernatural thunder to advance themselves. Scatter throughout the ruins of the island are roads and temples and homes suspended in mid-air by electromagnetic force. This electromagnetic power combined with the natural dilapidation of the ruins give it a very otherworldly and mystical feel. The hedgehogs have since died out, but they're secrets still lie within the island just waiting to be unearthed!

An archeologist nightmare, A supersonic masochist's dream, Pajatie is by far one of the most advanced ancient civilization on Mobius. If they had left they're island, they could have easily matched or even beaten both the Nocturnes and the Babylonians in the technological race of the past.

The perspective on some structures is wonky, and I swear that some piece of the road I drew leads only into oblivion, but I'm really happy with what I was able to do. I drew Roovie and Apolycolelipse to fill blank space ^_^;;
