Mrs Trunchbull from Roald Dhal "Matilda"
Matilda by Roald Dhal was by far one of my favorite book when I was a child.
I also enjoyed the 1996 movie from the book (even if it was not as good as the book) and in the last days I had the inspiration of drawing the main antagonist of the book, Mrs Trunchbull in a furry form.
When I try to imagine her as a furry character I tend to think her as a female rhino; big, bulky and with a real bad temper (with all my apologies to the good hearted kind rhinos that grace our ranks) LOL

She was one particular character, especially in the book. I mean, after my first reading, she of course appeared an exaggerated and comical character but I must say that after reading the book once again as an adult made me see her in a different light... with all the bad things we hear from the news I have come to realize that she is not such an imaginary character after all but more like a metaphor for all the cruel things that can happen to children who suffer abuse from adults . In particular when Miss Honey (her niece) tells about the abuse she suffered from her as a children and how deeply she was trapped in her aunt's grip, enslaved in a toxic relation and unable to oppose to her aunt's will ... all of suddenly everything became more clear and made me realize what a great book Mathilda is
