As mentioned earlier there were quads at the con though I rarely caught many shots of them. Given the choice between the sit up position and the on fours I chose this one, though the eye glows eerily because of the flash.

In a regular quadsuit (unlike a crawling quad) you have a decent amount of mobility, but it certainly takes a bit of endurance and strength. Mine only weighs around 40-50 lbs with almost all of the weight in the stilts and front half. I've known other quads though to weigh up to 100 lbs. but to be honest, the exercise gets to you before any discomfort. I've worn mine for hours with no back strain, neck pain, or leg troubles. Mostly muscle fatigue from exercise I'm not used to (hefting around thsose front stilts helps build up serious muscle!) but they are pretty comfy :)
