Just a little bit of vague background to project the character out a little bit. Definitely not some story plot for later(Which may actually be subject to change depending on how it develops)...

“Fjarth Nomeshire Blackryme… Wanted for thievery of alchemical equipment, experimentation of forbidden substances, violation of basic and high levels of alchemical ethics, and violation of the Blackryme House Code Six… Hmph, no wonder they want this one… It’s been years since I've seen a House Code broken.” The guard chuckled the last part before raising a talon upwards to scratch his unprotected jaw.

“A Blackryme House Code...those amount to death penalties no matter which one don’t they? And to think the family would at least try to cover that up if it were committed by one of its own…” The second guard’s head cocked a little as he stared up at the board that’d been decorated with the heads and bodily descriptions of other dragons; their rewards displayed underneath them. One of them had been Fjarth’s newly placed image with a side view of his side and a closer image of his feathered head.

The first guard snickered. “Never… That secret would be too vulnerable to merely float around with a few individuals… If one of the dragon’s tails were to be stepped on even a little too hard, then that information would become one of the sharpest weapons around. The fact that it cuts through everyone rather than even a few dragons is too much a threat and too big a stain to merely throw under a rug… Killing that many of its own would certainly catch the attention of neighboring kingdoms and perhaps spread. It’d only be a matter of time before the Kingdom of Ribania and their respectful houses launch an attack of some kind.”

“Gods… What...exactly could the young prince had done that’s so terrible enough to have broken so many laws...in such a short amount of time?”
