III. Will o' Wisp

Yay! Actually got a Halloween adopt out this year :D Will o' Wisps are usually depicted as smaller spirits but the Draconic adopt series I'm doing are all fairly complicated and kinda 'larger-than-life' (or at least I think so xD) Hope y'all like!

-The owner will get the full quality picture with and without watermarks as well as a flat color version if wanted
