Torracat is, hands down, one of my top favorite starters pokemon. Also one of the few I love that is not fully evolved.
Also drew this out of hype for a Torracat plush that I've purchased online and may arrive soon.

Torracat is amazing :D While I've grown to like incineroar, he's still FAR down the list while Torracat is easily top ten :D
