Oh, two versions even! This one is also just splendid in its own right, Whisper. I always enjoy how with complementary colors, some artists can create some stunningly sweet alternative versions of their own colored art pieces. Shiny looks still supersweet and soft here. =3
I see that the one sort of cotton now has a bit more greener tone than the before slightly towards the lighter turquoise one. Plus the pinkish tone from before has a bit more of a reddish tone here. Gives a unique flavor here that feels a bit more calm here color-wise, going from the more vibrant towards a more subtle direction. Definitely like this composition as well. ^_^ 💚

Interesting. You changed the tongue and eye slightly here. While beforehand it had more of the feel as if Shiny would look upwards (perhaps at the moon or the stars), I get more of a feel like that he's gazing towards the watcher. It's a neat communication between the both versions and somewhat leaves the impression of somebody standing closeby, taking photos of what is going on in the illustration. 📷

The rest is still looking sweet as said in the other comment beforehand. The same little things also there that would be great if you could add fixes to them, but as said, the wish of mine is that it was an enjoyable artwork. 🖌
