First off this is pretty nifty song ^_^ That's great that you were inspired Thornwolf's picture, a sign of great artistic talent, obviously to inspipre as I am inspired to imagine these little scenes/music videos for you Jaiko!
*crackles knuckles, neck, stretches and then eats chocolate* Hehehe.... Okay anyway, this is what I imagine:
I get something interesting with this song a bit of a time line of sorts as I have a reference picture, the same by Thornwolf and I utilized it for the imagery. I will space out each changes throughout the song, each step in the lion's life.
Right at the beginning of the song I see a birth scene of the lion in the picture. All cute and balled up (haha, think of Simba when born at the beginning of hte movie. Aww!)
Then at 19 seconds the same lion has aged, to about teenage years and we get a side profile view of him standing up (showing half his body) and pridefully lifting his head and looking sternly off into the distance with the wind gently blowing his gradually growing mane. The scene fades and then the scene is repeated exactly the same, but viewed from the opposite side of him.
At 36 seconds there is a zoomed in shot of the lion's face, grown serious, narrowed eyes and determined and suddenly at 39 seconds all the way to 1:17 the lion is running at an average pace, not like after prey or anything... almost like some kind of "joy run." The "camera" follows him running, keeping him centered in the shot. He runs through all types of different backgrounds in the Gir Forest in India (where the Asiatic Lions live). From the savanna-like plains, through the trees, weaving around them and bursting out to run across the plains again with the beautiful mountains of the Gir Forest National Park.
Then at 1:18 there is another scene similar to the at 19 seconds, but this time he is an adult with his full mane, just like the reference picture. He steps up, view from his left side, with the grassy horizon and grand sunrise in the background, just imagine all the colors ^_^ The scene fades, like before, and is repeated, but from his right side.
At 1:36 there is yet another running scene like before, but now he is pursuing prey. Chasing after the antelopes and gazelles there in the national park. Yet nothing bloody or gory - only alluding to him hunting for food.
Starting at 2:15 there are scenes of this lion relaxing in the shadow of a large tree, mouth slightly agape and panting. Other times him sleeping peacefully with paw crisscrossed and chin resting on them. Further still views of him simply standing, the sky's golden eye at dusk with all the purples, oranges, and soft stripes of pink in the background, holding his head high.
Sliding into 2:53 and yet again a scene of him stepping out and the views are from the side profile as the other two times, however this time there is a matured lioness at his side.
Then at 3:31 thre is another vivid running scene and beautifully changing background with the lion, but also running with his lioness mate across the savannas, forests, etc. However toward the end of the scene a few cubs appear, signifying time as passed, running along side as a family.
In this last scene starting at 4:10 the lion family rest in the in the fields, under a tree in the shadow, all relaxing together. Mother licking her cubs and/or nuzzling with them while the male, the strong father, stands nearby... standing tall, proud and prideful. And the scene fades.
So it's a bit corny, a bit unrealistic, but that's what I got! Heheh. Personally I really like the ambiance and the electronic tones and "twang" it possesses. However I'm fond of such type of music - all types of techno/electronic/house types of music. Great composing Jaiko and wonderful talent Thornwolf too that inspired the song in the first place. ^__^
