Well, I noticed that there aren't enough Male Rapidashs in PCA and Holy Shit, This guy is pretty ripped for a Drummer of a band. :O Typically, you can probably tell that this guy's the powerhouse of the Grand Dragons team. XD I just wonder if I got that perspective of the Right Arm right there done right. I drew him shirtless because I was lazy at the time I was drawing out his design. Next time he won't be shirtless lol.

Personality: Sturdy, Resolute, a Bit serious but is also laid-back sometimes, Bold, straightforward, Rational, Tries to keep his teammates in line, has a big heart for his friends, surprisely intelligent than others believe him not to be due to his appearance.
Likes: Playing the Drums and hanging out with his Bandmates, Eating different types of Spicy Chili,
Dislikes: His Old Man ( a pain in the ass father who's in the army so you know that he's very high on discipline and bullshit like that. He had even sent Bartz to Military camp during Middle School.), when People insulted his Band.
Background about his Parents:
Bruce Dumont: He's a General in the Army, He's a bit of a pain in the ass man who bent on rules, restrictions and discipline. He had wished that Bartz had followed in his footsteps of becoming part of the army as well. He's not fond of Bartz's Becoming a Rock Artist, saying that he's being a damn rebel in a normal society and society has no need for rebels. He sent Bartz to military school to discipline him but then Bartz has gotten used to the conditions he was over there and it didn't faze him from still being a rebel. Thinking that there's no hope for this kid, he had sent Bartz to Pokemon Combat Academy to make something of himself to at least he graduated from a good school to earn some merit and a little chance of hope that Bartz becomes something in his life.
Susan Dumout: Bartz's Mother, Although his father is having difficulties with him and his son's relationship, Susan lets her son do whatever he wants. She doesn't want to stop him from following his goals. She is a housewife.
Bartz in General:
He's the drummer for the Grand Dragons band team along with Bang, Thorton and Trisha. He's a real Headbanger and loves rocking out with his band. Big in nature and strong in voice, he sometimes the voice of reason as well as the serious one in his group. He keeps Bang from going out on his questionable rage trips and Tries to keep Thorton from slacking off from his studies and stuff. Having a Serious glare as well as a big heart for his friends, He lets out his frustrations in the Arena and his passion in playing the drums. He shows sportsmanship in the arena whether he wins or loses.
Extra facts: Because of going to military school, Bartz has maintained an exercise regimen to keep himself fit as he is now.
