After a few weeks of this, Blue is now very lazy and barely moves, except to get at the easy prey that's lowered in on a now-daily basis. The workers wonder why the sudden change in food, when they should be putting her on a diet, but the orders seem legit enough, so they just lower another cow into the enclosure.

That's alright, let me explain:
-in the last couple of pictures, it has been revealed that Blue has a tablet that some tourist probably dropped into the raptor enclosure.
-She's used it (as seen in the last picture) to change how much she's fed a day.
-One of the park workers (that are talking out-of-frame) thinks this is suspicious that she suddenly gets a cow a day when she is supposed to be on a diet.
-The other one is basically going "Just ignore it" since they were given orders to feed her a cow, not knowing that Blue had changed things behind everyone's backs.
