Born and raised in the bayou outside of Pastoria City, Russel has been raised since his youth to kick ass, learning everything he knew from his father. While his father owns a bodybuilding gym, Russel focuses most of his training in the art of boxing and making his fist as hard as iron. After knocking out everyone in his father's gym, he was sent to the PCA hoping to either learn some self-control or at least learn not to pick a fight with everyone that comes near him.
