Don't get fooled by her mask. Plaga can smell your holiness from miles away, and she has a ratio to keep balanced. The cleaner you are, the bigger the scene you make when you eventually arrive in Hell, and that's what Satan expects. Plaga appreciates manners and would like it if you surrendered to her peacfully, but you haven't lived until you got sucked whole in a big vacuum.
You can also experience this by swimming near a dam or visiting a chocolate factory. You'll ultimately end up at the mercy of demons anyway.
