I always wanted to revisit a cephalopod character design, and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. Marine Biology is like the one talent of knowledge that I didn’t ask for but enjoy having!
His name is Kintako (Literally ‘Gold Octopus’) of the Gold Repair (called Kintsugi)
He talks like an old man, even though he’s only in his mid-20s and he makes graffiti using a combination of ink and gold from his little bowl. I imagine his personality to be kinda standoff-y but all he really wants to do is just be left alone to work on his craft. Talk about something he likes, he’ll open up from that little bowl of his.
